Injection Molding Manager A manufacturing company in Salt Lake City is seeking an Injection Molding Manager with ability in Plastics/Polymer Materials.The Injection Molding Manager will manage the day to day operations of the Injection Molding department, and support the prototyping and production of molded polymer parts to include thermoplastic, silicone rubber and bio-absorbable materials.Position duties: Oversee day to day operations of Injection Molding Department Provide leadership, skill development, and team building to a dynamic Injection Molding team Apply ability in plastics/polymers to develop new, and improving existing injection molding manufacturing processes Provide technical support/solutions for injection molding manufacturing processes, with focus on cost reduction and quality Support the selection of polymer materials and suppliers to meet product and molding needs Train injection molding personnel on molding processes
